What is Counselling?


  • A colaborative process where the client and a counsellor explore difficulties which may include the stressful or emotional feelings of the client
  • The act of helping the client to see things more clearly, possibly from a different perspective. This can enable the client to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviour, with a goal to facilitate a positive change

  • Professional relationship based on trust and confidentiality.

How many sessions do I need?


Because every scenario is different, there is no predetermined number of sessions. Usually, during the first appointment, I am able to determine whether the Client would be suitable for short or long term coaching/therapy.
